Stanley Terrace, East Brisbane
The house at Stanley Terrace in East Brisbane was an old Queenslander in poor condition. To maximise the return on the client’s investment, M.R. Baker Design & Renovation lifted and moved the house so that the block could be sub-divided. The house was then fully renovated and built-in underneath to provide substantially more amenity. It was expanded with the addition of a covered back deck, swimming pool and carport to become a complete family home.
