MR Baker Design and Renovation was tasked with the development of a block of land that contained a single level house in need of major refurbishment. The intention was to also maximise the yield of the property with the addition of townhouses to the adjacent land.

The resultant development is a brand new boutique complex designed in the classic Hamptons style and finished to the highest possible standard. The five two-storey townhouses, all with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, studies and lock-up garages, feature gourmet kitchens with stone benchtops, premium European appliances and shaker style cabinetry. Each is designed to the highest specification and have six star energy ratings.

The original house has been immaculately renovated into a Hamptons inspired residence over three luxurious levels. It combines the ease of townhouse living with the size of a large family home with four large bedrooms, the master with walk-in-robe and ensuite, two bathrooms, an entertainers kitchen and multiple inside and outside entertainment areas.
