Our renovation was not typical as we were converting a classic warehouse into an office and a family apartment. We needed a builder that could think outside the box and Michael and his team fitted the bill perfectly. Excellent problem solving and very high quality.

We used the M.R.Baker team for our house renovation and were so happy. The team handled the entire process from design right through the plan approval process including Development and Building Approval through to construction. Their knowledge of what is possible from a construction perspective makes them very practical when looking at different aspects during the design stages saving time and money. It is fair to say that we embarked on a major renovation with some reservations however we now know they were without foundation due to the relationship we enjoyed with you and Justin. We were extremely fortunate to have you, Justin and your employees perform the work for us and we continue to recommend you and  Justin to anyone we can. The work was carried out to a high quality and with minimal fuss. More importantly though given our family lived in the home through most of the renovation  Justin and the rest of the employees treated our family – three young children - and our neighbours with consideration and the upmost respect, nothing was ever to difficult and they were extremely thoughtful of how their work would impact others. Our only regret is that we probably should have adopted more of your recommendations in the ultimate design. We are very appreciative of the work you did and highly recommend  you and Justin to anyone we can.

When it came to planning our renovation, Michael worked with us to create a design that would ensure a practical home whilst maintaining the characteristics and style of our Queenslander. His construction team, lead by Justin, was highly professional and the workmanship outstanding. They were flexible and considerate, enabling us (and our dogs!) to live in our home throughout most of the construction period. Any issues were readily addressed, changes were accommodated willingly and the team consulted with us regularly, ensuring that the renovation truly met our expectations.
